It’s because the restaurant business is like one big family. You see, many young people get their first job working in a Restaurant. It is where they develop their love of food and learn to collaborate. They make lifelong friends who become “Framily.” For the past 40 years, we have educated, nurtured and nourished thousands of young people, and we continue to have relationships with most.
The owner of Todo Bien Mexican Restaurant in Woodland Hills is Scott Floman and he is one of those young people. He started working as a server at Marias in 1988. It was at our first little Woodland Hills Maria’s location on Ventura Blvd. He developed into a Manager and learned enough with us to open his own restaurant and catering business,
In August 2019, when he lost his lease for Todo Bien, he moved his operation to our Central Catering Kitchen. We collaborated on this year’s Passover Menu and then we thought “WHY NOT CINCO DE MAYO, TOO?
We created a Fun Fiesta Package including Caesar Salad, Taco Bar, Mexican Corn on the Cob, Rice, Black or Pinto Beans, Corn & Flour Tortillas, Homemade Red and Green Salsa. And Caramel Flan for dessert.
Additionally, you can order Guacamole along with Classic or Spicy Margaritas with Tajine salt (the real deal) served in mason jars. All you need to add is ice.
We will deliver the Fiesta to your door or…. if you need to get out, come on down and pick it up.
All Day May 5, 2020.
