Let Maria’s help! Call your local Maria’s and ask how your organization can earn 15% of food sales.

Maria’s puts the “Fun” in Fundraisers! We are as passionate about giving back to our communities as we are about Italian food. Over the years Maria’s Italian Kitchen has helped to raise thousands of dollars to support local schools and non-profit organizations locally. What better way to warm hearts than to warm bellies with homemade Italian comfort food.
We make arranging and executing your fundraiser easy! Host on a Monday or Tuesday at your local Maria’s location and supporters of your event will be able to contribute by Dining In, Ordering Food To-Go, placing an Online Order, or placing a Catering Order during the specified date and time designated for you fundraiser. Simply have them show the fundraising flyer to their server, or use your fundraising code during online checkout.

Fundraising FAQ

Eligible groups include:

  • 501c charitable organizations
  • Non-profit schools 
  • Community groups.

15% of all food and beverage sales generated from your event will be donated directly to your organization, excluding tax, gratuity, Gift Card and retail sales. 

Your supporters can participate in your fundraiser by doing any of the following:

  1. Presenting your flyer to their server
  2. Showing a digital copy of your flyer to their server on their smart device
  3. Show their server a social media announcement promoting your fundraiser
  4. Ordering online on the designated date and entering the promo code for the fundraiser at check out.

Your organization receives credit for dine-in, take-out, online orders and catering purchases.

*Not valid for third party delivery partners. Flyers cannot be distributed inside or in the direct vicinity of our restaurants, including the parking lot, before or during the event.

Dates vary based on each restaurant, so please check with your local Maria’s Italian Kitchen Location. Fundraising events are booked for Mondays or Tuesdays. All fundraising events must be booked at least 3 weeks prior to the event date. This ensures you have ample time to get the word out to your group’s friends, families, and supporters to maximize attendance.

Your contact at the Maria’s location where the event was hosted can typically let you know the total amount raised from your event the day afterwards. Please contact your local Maria’s restaurant representative for your final Fundraising total.

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing, not including delivery time.
