LA COUNTY FAIR:
Each year LA county opens the Fair Grounds to hundreds of vendors; Marias Italian Kitchen turned the 12,000 sq foot banquet hall into an upscale casual dining room and All You Can Eat Buffet. We served over 1000 meals per day to a widely diverse population.

Crossroads Schools:
Crossroads School for Arts & Sciences is a private, K-12, independent, college preparatory school in Santa Monica, with 1139 students.
When our friends could not execute meals for 2 weeks orientation they reached out to Marias; Our team prepared 1000 meals for 2 weeks, which saved our friends reputation with the school and provided delicious meals for affluent sophisticated kids.
