Each $1 spent = 1 Point* earned (based on the Order Subtotal amount)

Please Note: Kitchen Club Points and Rewards can be earned and redeemed on all purchases made while Dining-In, Ordering Online through our Ordering Website, or through our Kitchen Club App! All you need to do is “Check-In” or be “Logged In.” Make sure to Order Direct from Maria’s, as you can not earn Kitchen Club points when ordering through third party ordering platforms.

*Points are earned on every purchase minus Tax, Gratuity, and Gift Card Redemptions. All Rewards and Offers have an expiration date, and these can be different lengths based upon the reward or offer. Only 1 reward/offer can be redeemed per check. Points and Rewards are Not applicable on orders made through third party apps or vendor

Sign Up easily through our Kitchen Club webpage OR through our Kitchen Club App.

Sign Up in our App: Go to the Apple AppStore or the Google Play Store and search “marias italian kitchen” to download our Kitchen Club App. Then follow the on screen prompts to Sign Up.

Sign Up Online: Click HERE to navigate to our Sign Up form. Completely fill out the form and click “Create Account” to begin earning points and rewards.

Once you finish Signing Up, either in the App or Online, you will receive a Verification Email. You must verify your email to begin earning Points and Rewards.

When Dining In: Before paying for your meal, our friendly server will ensure you are ‘Checked In’ via the phone number on your Kitchen Club Account OR through the 4-Digit “Check-in Code” that can be generated through our Kitchen Club App. Once ‘Checked-In,’ you will earn points for your order AND you can tell your server which available rewards/offers you want them to redeem off your check.

When Ordering Online through our APP for Takeout or Delivery: Just make sure to click the ‘Login’ button when ordering Online or in the App and follow the prompts to sign into your Kitchen Club Account. Once logged in, you will automatically earn your points and can redeem any available rewards/offers.

When Ordering Over the Phone: After confirming you area a Kitchen Club member, our friendly staff will ensure you are ‘Checked-In’ via the phone number on your Kitchen Club Account OR through the 4 digit “Check-in Code” that can be generated through our Kitchen Club App.

Although you don’t need to have the APP to be in the Kitchen Club, with our new Kitchen Club Rewards APP, we’ve made it even easier to Order, Earn Points, Redeem Rewards, and much much more.

I Had Points, Where Did They Go?

If you had Kitchen Club points in our old loyalty system, AND your account is active, then those points have been migrated over to our new loyalty system. There are two (2) places you can see these points: 

Download our Maria’s Kitchen Club APP (We support both IOS & Android) 

Log into your Kitchen Club Loyalty account HERE.  

If after logging in you don’t see any points, then either you haven’t earned any, or the points you have earned have expired. Points expire 1 year from the day they were earned.

How Do I Add My PHONE NUMBER to My Account?

You can add it by Logging into our Loyalty Portal HERE, through your ‘Account Profile’ when Ordering Online, or through the ‘Edit Profile’ option in our Mobile APP.

Why Do You Now Use My PHONE NUMBER to Look Up My Account?

When dining in, we can only add your account to a check by looking up your account by phone number, OR if you use the ‘Check-In’ code from our Mobile App. We can no longer look up your account by email. Therefore, if your phone number is not on your account, you’ll need to add it. 

Can I Check-In Without My PHONE NUMBER?

When dining in, if you don’t want to give us your phone number, you can also earn points and redeem Kitchen Club Points by giving us the ‘Check-In’ code found on our Mobile App.

I Have Multiple Accounts, How Do I Merge Them?

Please contact one of our friendly loyalty team members HERE to assist in merging your accounts.

What if we have multiple guests with Kitchen Club Accounts at one table?
You can either choose to use a single individual account, giving them all points from the order; OR you may choose to split the check so that each person at the table can get the points for their individual orders.

Can I choose which reward I want to use?
Yes. If you have multiple rewards/offer on your account, you can choose which one you want to use. However, multiple rewards are not combinable with any other offers or discounts, and only one (1) reward can be used per check. Also, keep in mind that rewards DO expire, so you’ll want check the expiration dates and make sure to use rewards before expiration.

Do Rewards Expire?
Each reward/offer can have a unique expiration date. Please check on your Maria’s Italian Kitchen app to see when they expire.

Do Points Expire?
Yes, if an account remains inactive for over 181 days, any unused points on the account will expire.

Will I Earn Points on my Entire Check?
Points are earned on All Purchases prior to Tax, Gratuity, and any additional fees. Points are NOT earned on gift card redemptions. Make sure to order direct from Marias, as you can not earn kitchen club points when ordering through third-party system

Can I Earn Points on my Catering Order?
Yes! Many of our catering items can be ordered directly from our Online Ordering website, so make sure to ‘Login’ to your account to automatically earn points. If you call in to order catering from one of our catering experts, make sure you provide them with the phone number on your Kitchen Club account, or the 4-Digit “Check-in’ code from our APP, and they will make sure you earn the points on that order. Keep in mind that points for catering orders can not be earned on any and all third-party cheese chips.

When/How Do I Get My Referral Reward?

Once you refer your friend(s), they will receive your invite via text OR email (whichever one your choose to send). At that point, once your friend(s) accepts the referral link AND makes their first purchase from Maria’s, you will receive our current referral offer.  We will also notify you via email, text and/or APP push notification.
